"Who am I?"
Not merely a question of three words, but a lifelong journey of introspection.
It is perhaps the most profound question I have ever encountered—one that continues to inspire my thoughts, actions, and aspirations.
If I were to answer it today, I would simply say:
I am a Learner.
Namaste! 🙏
A warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude for visiting my personal blog.
I am Chakrapani Bhandari, a public servant, lifelong learner, writer, and content creator from Nepal.
Professionally, I serve as a Section Officer (BAT-40) in the Government of Nepal. Throughout my career, I have been guided by a simple belief:
"We Can" — through service, integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
I strongly believe that meaningful change begins with responsible individuals working together for a better society.
A Journey of Learning
My academic path has never been confined to a single discipline.
I have explored diverse fields of knowledge through:
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Microbiology)
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)
- Master of Business Studies (M.B.S.)
Science taught me to question.
Law taught me to reason.
Management taught me to lead and organize.
Yet every new learning experience reminds me how much remains unknown.
Learning, for me, is not a phase of life—it is a way of life.
Beyond My Profession
Outside my official responsibilities, I am deeply passionate about knowledge sharing, digital learning, and content creation.
Over the years, I have founded and managed several educational and informational platforms dedicated to helping students, competitive examination aspirants, professionals, and lifelong learners access quality information in a simple and meaningful way.
My personal motto has always been:
Learn, Practice, Achieve
Because knowledge becomes meaningful only when it is applied and shared.
Why This Blog Exists
This blog is my digital home.
A space where I record my thoughts, reflections, experiences, observations, and lessons gathered through life.
Here, I attempt to explore the beautiful intersection of:
Science (विज्ञान) | Life (जीवन) | Spirit (जगत)
I believe that understanding the world requires more than facts alone.
- Science helps us understand how things work.
- Life teaches us how to live.
- Spiritual inquiry encourages us to ask why we exist.
This blog is my humble effort to connect these dimensions through words.
What This Blog Is About
This is a completely personal blog.
Here, I share my perspectives, experiences, observations, and reflections on topics related to science, society, governance, public policy, culture, spirituality, and everyday life.
There is no fixed publishing schedule.
At times, you may find a series of articles published in quick succession; at other times, there may be long periods of silence. I prefer writing when I genuinely have something meaningful to share.
The primary language of this blog is Nepali, reflecting my commitment to communicating ideas in a language that resonates deeply with many readers. For academic writing, research, and specialized content, I often use other platforms.

Still Searching...
Despite professional achievements, academic qualifications, and years of experience, I continue to be fascinated by the same timeless question:
Who am I?
Perhaps the answer is not a destination to be reached, but a journey to be lived.
And perhaps that journey itself is the essence of life.
